The Queer Trans Project does not and shall discriminate without regard to actual or perceived race, creed, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, alien or citizenship status, age, disability or handicap, sex, socioeconomic background, marital status, familial status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, domestic violence victim status, criminal record, or any other category or classification protected by applicable federal, state or local law. These activities include, but are not limited to, the appointment to and termination from its Board of Directors, hiring and firing of staff or contractors, selection of volunteers, selection of vendors, and providing of services.
